The Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy Phoenix topped the host Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's league test.

The Phoenix now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bulkeley for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 12. Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Achievement First (Hartford, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-2.

The Jets (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Bolton (Bolton, CT). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Bolton was knocked off by Sports & Medical Sciences Academy (Hartford, CT), 3-1, in a league test.
