Connecticut High School Volleyball - Ansonia overwhelmed by Seymour

In Friday's league battle, the visiting Seymour Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Ansonia Chargers.

The Wildcats (12-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wilby (Waterbury, CT). The Wildcats come into the Naugatuck Valley battle with a 1-9 record. In their last battle, Wilby lost by Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Chargers clash with the Oxford Wolverines (Oxford, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley battle, on Monday, October 10. Ansonia will attempt to advance on its 0-10 season record. The Wolverines come into the battle with a 6-5 record after their 3-2 league win over Wolcott (Wolcott, CT).
