The Classical Prep Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Hernando Christian Academy Lions to 2 in the Lions league victory on Friday.

The Lions now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zephyrhills Christian Academy for a non-league game on Monday, October 10. Classical Prep will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Winthrop College Prep Academy (Riverview, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-6.

The Lions (16-5) will now prepare for their game against Cambridge Christian (Tampa, FL). The Lancers enter the 2A District 9 game with a 3-13 record. In their last game, Cambridge Christian was nudged by Indian Rocks Christian (Largo, FL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
