Texas High School Volleyball - Hondo over Lytle

Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Owls clash with the Dilley Wolves (Dilley, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 28 match, on Tuesday, October 11. Hondo will attempt to advance on its 22-13 season record. The Wolves come into the match with a 7-12 record after their 3-1 league loss to Lytle (Lytle, TX).

With the loss, Lytle drops to 17-12 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Crystal City (Crystal City, TX) to clash with the Javelinas in a 3A Region IV District 28 match on Tuesday, October 11. The Javelinas come into the match with a record of 11-12. Crystal City won 3-1 in their recent league match against Cotulla (Cotulla, TX)
