Next up, the Texans battle the Westbury Huskies (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 18 contest, on Wednesday, October 12. Lamar will attempt to better on its 6-15 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Chavez (Houston, TX).

With the loss, Westside drops to 10-14 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Bellaire (Bellaire, TX) to battle the Cardinals in a 6A Region III District 18 contest on Tuesday, October 11. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 15-19. Bellaire won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Heights (Houston, TX)
