Texas High School Volleyball - Midland tips San Angelo Central

October 7, 2022: Midland, TX 79701

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) and the visiting San Angelo Central Bobcats (San Angelo, TX), saw Midland's volleyball squad nip San Angelo Central by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Midland upgrades its record to 14-18 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Permian (Odessa, TX) to play the Panthers in a 6A Region I District 2 bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 21-8. Permian won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Odessa (Odessa, TX)

The Bobcats now own a 25-14 record. They play next when they travel to Frenship for a 6A Region I District 2 bout on Tuesday, October 11. San Angelo Central will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Midland Legacy (Midland, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 12-20.
