The Pilgrim Academy Pioneers (Egg Harbor City, NJ) soccer the visiting Veritas Christian Academy (Sparta, NJ), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

With the win, Pilgrim Academy moves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Calvary Academy (Lakewood, NJ) to battle the Warrior in a Tri-State Christian bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Warrior go into the game with a record of 3-2. Calvary Academy lost 4-2 in their recent league game against Atlantic Christian (Egg Harbor Township, NJ)

The (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Trinity Christian (Montville, NJ). The go into the Metro Christian game with a 6-1 record.
