Monmouth United Red Storm (Monmouth, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes (Abingdon, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Red Storm clash with the Henry-Senachwine Mallards (Henry, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 7. Monmouth United will attempt to advance on its 15-10 season record. The Mallards come into the match with a 15-10 record after their 2-1 league win over St. Bede (Peru, IL).
