Horizon Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The LIONS go into the contest with a 11-13 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Sherwood Christian Academy (Albany, GA).

With the loss, Cherokee Christian moves to 8-16 on the year. The Warriors host Unity Christian (Rome, GA) to battle the Lions in a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 10. The Lions go into the contest with a record of 10-23. Unity Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Oakwood Christian (Chickamauga, GA)
