In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Mt. Pleasant Oilers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Dow Chargers.

The Oilers (20-8) will now prepare for their battle against Manton (Manton, MI). The Rangers come into the non-league battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Manton achieved victory over Cedar Springs (Cedar Springs, MI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
