The Filer Wildcats topped the visiting Marsh Valley Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Snake River for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 10. Filer will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over American Falls (American Falls, ID). The Panthers record now stands at 11-2.
The Eagles (5-11) will now prepare for their test against American Falls (American Falls, ID). The Beavers enter the 3A South East Idaho test with a 4-19 record. In their last test, American Falls was knocked off by Snake River (Blackfoot, ID), 3-0, in a league test.
