The Floodwood Polar Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Two Harbors Agates to 1 in the Polar Bears league victory on Saturday.
The Polar Bears now have a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moose Lake/Willow River for a Polar game on Tuesday, October 10. Floodwood will meet a Rebels team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Cromwell (Cromwell, MN). The Rebels record now stands at 9-10.
The Agates (7-10) will now prepare for their game against Chisholm (Chisholm, MN). The Bluestreaks enter the non-league game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Chisholm held off Hibbing (Hibbing, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
