With the win, George-Little Rock upgrades its record to 9-8 on the year. The Mustangs host St. Mary's (Remsen, IA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 16-7. St. Mary's won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Christian (Hull, IA)

The Hawks now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they host Hinton for a War Eagle bout on Monday, October 9. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn will play a Blackhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD). The Blackhawks record now stands at 22-1.
