The Mitchell Tigers volleyball team (Mitchell, NE), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Gering Bulldogs (Gering, NE)

The Bulldogs (17-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Sidney (Sidney, NE). The Red Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 14-10 record. In their last challenge, Sidney was dropped by Stevens (Rapid City, SD), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Sidney Red Raiders (Sidney, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Mitchell will attempt to move on its 9-18 season record. The Red Raiders enter the challenge with a 14-10 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Stevens (Rapid City, SD).
