The Pine River-Backus Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Kennedy Eagles to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now have a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sebeka for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 10. Pine River-Backus will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Staples-Motley (Staples, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 10-10.
