The Lamar County Trojans volleyball team (Barnesville, GA), went down 3-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Temple Tigers (Temple, GA)
The Tigers (13-22) will now prepare for their challenge against Heard County (Franklin, GA). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 19-14 record. In their last challenge, Heard County defeated Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans encounter the Greenville Patriots (Greenville, GA) in a 1A Area 4 challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Lamar County will attempt to move on its 16-12 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Spencer (Columbus, GA).
