The Altavista Colonels volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Prince Edward County Eagles to 0 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Monday.

The Colonels now have a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Appomattox County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 15.

With the loss, Prince Edward County drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA) to play the Chargers in a outing on Thursday, October 10.
