Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Northern Michigan Christian Comets (McBain, MI) and the visiting Alcona Tigers (Lincoln, MI), saw Northern Michigan Christian's soccer squad triumph over Alcona by a count of 6-0.

The Comets (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Oscoda (Oscoda, MI). The Owls enter the non-league battle with a 3-13 record. In their last battle, Oscoda was overwhelmed by North Michigan Christian Academy (Burt Lake, MI), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Calvary Baptist Academy Kings (Midland, MI) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 9. Alcona will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record.
