The Mountain Ridge Miners held off the host Allegany Campers soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Monday's league game.

Next, the Miners clash with the Fort Hill Sentinels (Cumberland, MD) in a Appalachian game, on Thursday, October 10. Mountain Ridge will attempt to advance on its 10-0 season record. The Sentinels come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 4-1 league loss to Southern (Oakland, MD).

The Campers (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Walsh (Cumberland, MD). The Spartans come into the non-league game with a 2-8 record.
