North Carolina High School Soccer - Tri-County knocks off Cherokee

In Monday's league outing, the host Tri-County Jaguars soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Cherokee Braves.

The Jaguars (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Andrews (Andrews, NC). The Wildcats go into the Smoky Mountain 1A outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Andrews by Highlands (Highlands, NC), 3-2, in a league outing.

Next up, the Braves confront the Murphy Bulldogs (Murphy, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A outing, on Wednesday, October 9. Cherokee will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 5-8 record after their 2-1 league win over Swain County (Bryson City, NC).
