The Panthers (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers enter the East Central 2A battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, James Kenan tipped Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Stallions battle the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC) in a East Central 2A battle, on Wednesday, October 9. Southwest Onslow will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 11-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to James Kenan (Warsaw, NC).
