Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC), 7-3 in a league test.

With the triumph, Piedmont advances its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to clash with the Bearcats in a Rocky River 2A/3A test on Wednesday, October 9. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 0-12. Anson lost 9-0 in their recent league test against Parkwood (Monroe, NC)
