The Pirates now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chrisman for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 8. Platte County will confront a Bears team coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO). The Bears record now stands at 5-18.

With the loss, Grain Valley moves to 29-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Blue Springs (Blue Springs, MO) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 10. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 13-14. Blue Springs won 6-1 in their recent non-league battle against Staley (Kansas City, MO)
