In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bullard-Havens Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars.

The Tigers (13-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Abbott RVT (Danbury, CT). The Wolverines come into the Connecticut Technical challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Abbott RVT beat Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Bethel Wildcats (Bethel, CT) in a Southwest-Colonial challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Kolbe-Cathedral will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Masuk (Monroe, CT).
