Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Chase County improves its record to 25-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to West Franklin (Pomona, KS) to face the Falcons in a Flint Hills test on Tuesday, October 8. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 17-9. West Franklin won 2-0 in their recent league test against Cair Paravel (Topeka, KS)
The Vikings now own a 13-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Council Grove for a non-league test on Monday, October 7. Mission Valley will face a Braves squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Herington (Herington, KS). The Braves record now stands at 7-13.
