Indiana High School Volleyball - Shakamak tips Clay City

October 7, 2024: Jasonville, IN 47438

Fans at Monday's league contest between the Shakamak Lakers (Jasonville, IN) and the visiting Clay City Eels (Clay City, IN), observed Shakamak's volleyball team hold off Clay City by a count of 3-2.

The Lakers (16-7) will now prepare for their contest against Dugger Union (Dugger, IN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 5-20 record.

Next, the Eels meet the Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Clay City will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the contest with a 8-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Daviess (Elnora, IN).
