Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA) and the visiting Hurley Rebels (Hurley, VA), observed Twin Springs's volleyball team top Hurley by a count of 3-0.

The Titans (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Thomas Walker (Ewing, VA). The Pioneers enter the Cumberland contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Thomas Walker notched a victory over Castlewood (Castlewood, VA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Rebels battle the Council Cobras (Council, VA) in a Black Diamond contest, on Thursday, October 10. Hurley will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Cobras enter the contest with a 1-11 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Holston (Damascus, VA).
