The Shepherd Bluejays volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Ithaca Yellowjackets to 0 in the Bluejays non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bluejays now have a 16-7 record. They play next when they travel to Bullock Creek for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8. Shepherd will play a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Clare (Clare, MI). The Lancers record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Ithaca drops to 8-15 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 9. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 9-13. Nouvel Catholic Central lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Hemlock (Hemlock, MI)
