The Mark Morris Monarchs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Woodland Beavers to 1 in the Monarchs league triumph on Monday.

The Monarchs now have a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Hockinson for a 2A Greater St. Helens outing on Wednesday, October 9. Mark Morris will play a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Woodland drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Beavers travel to Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA) to play the Eagles in a 2A Greater St. Helens outing on Wednesday, October 9. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 0-10. Hudson's Bay lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against R.A. Long (Longview, WA)
