The South Plainfield Tigers topped the host St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Monday's league game.

Next up, the Tigers face the Mother Seton Setters (Clark, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - White game, on Wednesday, October 9. South Plainfield will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record.

The Trojans (3-12) will now prepare for their game against Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Raiders go into the non-league game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Scotch Plains-Fanwood gained a win over Edison (Edison, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league game.
