The St. James Sharks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host North Myrtle Beach Chiefs to 1 in the Sharks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sharks now have a 20-7 record. They play next when they travel to Socastee for a AAAA Region 6 outing on Thursday, October 9. St. James will play a Braves team coming off a 3-0 league win over Conway (Conway, SC). The Braves record now stands at 22-7.
The Chiefs (10-13) will now prepare for their game against Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Seahawks go into the AAAA Region 6 game with a 2-19 record. In their last game, Myrtle Beach was dropped by Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC), 3-0, in a league game.
