The Islands Sharks flag football squad scored 6 points and limited the visiting Johnson Atomsmashers to 0 in the Sharks non-league win on Tuesday.
In their next game, the Sharks face the Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. Islands will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Terrors go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 21-0 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA).
The Atomsmashers (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Jenkins nipped Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA), 20-0, in a non-league challenge.
