In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Stoughton Black Knights soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Brockton Boxers.

The Black Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Canton (Canton, MA). The Bulldogs go into the Hockomock outing with a 2-1 record.

Next up, the Boxers confront the New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA) in a Southeast test, on Thursday, October 9. Brockton will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Whalers come into the test with a 1-8 record after their 2-2 non-league Durfee (Fall River, MA).
