Gateway Regional Gators (Woodbury Heights, NJ) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Woodbury Thundering Herd (Woodbury, NJ), 7-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Gateway Regional advances its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Gators host Pitman (Pitman, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-4. Pitman won 4-0 in their recent league test against Wildwood (Wildwood, NJ)

The Thundering Herd now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moorestown Friends for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Woodbury will play a Foxes squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Maple Shade (Maple Shade, NJ). The Foxes record now stands at 4-6.
