New Mexico High School Volleyball - Belen tips St. Pius X

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Belen Eagles volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the St. Pius X Sartans.
The Eagles (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record.
Next, the Sartans face the Grants Pirates (Grants, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 9. St. Pius X will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Pirates go into the game with a 10-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Valencia (Los Lunas, NM).
