The Blue Devils (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Greyhounds enter the non-league contest with a 0-7 record.
Next, the War Eagles meet the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 9. Davie County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 8-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC).
