California High School Volleyball - Helix edged by Granite Hills

The Helix Highlanders volleyball squad (La Mesa, CA), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA)

With the victory, Granite Hills upgrades its record to 16-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to Santana (Santee, CA) to meet the Sultans in a contest on Thursday, October 9. The Sultans enter the contest with a record of 14-8. Santana won 2-1 in their recent league contest against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA)

Next, the Highlanders meet the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) in a test, on Thursday, October 16. Helix will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
