Florida High School Volleyball - Mitchell over Weeki Wachee

The Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) volleyball knocked off the host Weeki Wachee Hornets (Weeki Wachee, FL), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 22-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wesley Chapel for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 9. Mitchell will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Osceola (Seminole, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Weeki Wachee drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL) to clash with the Royal Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 8. The Royal Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-4. River Ridge won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Springstead (Spring Hill, FL)
