The Trojans now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Hickory for a Western Foothills 4A/5A bout on Thursday, October 9. Bandys will play a Red Tornadoes squad coming off a 1-0 league win over East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Red Tornadoes record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, West Iredell moves to 2-9 on the year. The Warriors travel to Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC) to play the Bears in a Western Foothills 4A/5A game on Thursday, October 9. The Bears come into the game with a record of 3-8. Bunker Hill won 3-2 in their recent league game against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
