In Tuesday's league outing, the host Padua Franciscan Bruins soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 win over the Holy Name Green Wave.

The Bruins (11-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bay (Bay Village, OH). The Rockets enter the non-league outing with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Bay nipped Valley Forge (Parma Heights, OH), 8-0, in a league test.

The Green Wave now sport a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Holy Name will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Wickliffe (Wickliffe, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 6-7.
