Shawnee Mission Christian will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to Whitefield Academy (Kansas City, MO). The Saints record now stands at 6-10.

With the loss, New Hope Christian moves to 0-9 on the year. The Phoenix travel to St. Joseph Defenders (St. Joseph, MO) to face the Defenders in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 9. The Defenders enter the contest with a record of 4-5. St. Joseph Defenders won 1-0 in their recent league contest against Shawnee Mission Christian (Shawnee Mission, KS)
