Overland Trailblazers (Aurora, CO) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Kennedy Commanders (Denver, CO), 15-4 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Overland improves its record to 7-7 on the year. The Trailblazers host Lincoln (Denver, CO) to play the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 8. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 0-12.

The Commanders (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Peak to Peak (Lafayette, CO). The Pumas enter the non-league challenge with a 8-13 record. In their last challenge, Peak to Peak overcame Jefferson Academy (Broomfield, CO), 11-1, in a league challenge.
