The Wesleyan Wolves overwhelmed the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Wolves meet the Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. Wesleyan will attempt to upgrade on its 23-3 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 6-5 non-league win over St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA).

The Mustangs (19-6) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA). The Knights come into the 1A D-I Region 5 battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, St. Francis achieved victory over King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA), 7-3, in a non-league battle.
