Virginia High School Volleyball - Banner Christian overwhelmed by Amelia Academy

Amelia Academy Patriots (Amelia Court House, VA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad triumph over the visiting Banner Christian Bearcats (Chesterfield, VA), 3-0 in a league game.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Kenston Forest Kavaliers (Blackstone, VA) in a Virginia Colonial game, on Wednesday, October 8. Amelia Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Kavaliers go into the game with a 6-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Tidewater Academy (Wakefield, VA).

The Bearcats (0-11) will now prepare for their game against Southampton Academy (Courtland, VA). The Raiders come into the Virginia Colonial outing with a 12-10 record. In their last outing, Southampton Academy defeated Fuqua (Farmville, VA), 3-0, in a league outing.
