In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Blum Bobcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Kopperl Eagles.
The Bobcats (20-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Covington (Covington, TX). The Owls come into the 1A Region III District 17 challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, Covington beat Coolidge (Coolidge, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Morgan Eagles (Morgan, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 10. Kopperl will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 0-8 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Gustine (Gustine, TX).
