Texas High School Volleyball - Glen Rose edged by Brock

Brock Eagles (Brock, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Glen Rose Tigers (Glen Rose, TX), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Brock improves its record to 26-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Stephenville (Stephenville, TX) to meet the Yellow Jackets/Honeybees in a 4A Region I District 6 challenge on Friday, October 10. The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees come into the challenge with a record of 28-10. Stephenville won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Brownwood (Brownwood, TX)

Next, the Tigers meet the Mineral Wells Rams (Mineral Wells, TX) in a 4A Region I District 6 challenge, on Friday, October 10. Glen Rose will attempt to upgrade on its 23-14 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 10-20 record after their 3-0 league loss to Graham (Graham, TX).
