The Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) volleyball nipped the visiting Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL), 2-1 in Tuesday's league contest.

The Mustangs (15-15) will now prepare for their contest against Maine South (Park Ridge, IL). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 16-7 record. In their last battle, Maine South was edged by New Trier (Winnetka, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Bison now own a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hersey for a battle on Thursday, October 9. Buffalo Grove will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 16-10.
