With the win, Burrell improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bucs host Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA) to meet the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 2-3.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Deer Lakes Lancers (Russellton, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 5 challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Neighborhood Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record.
