Carbondale Terriers (Carbondale, IL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Marion Wildcats (Marion, IL), 2-0 in a league outing.
The Terriers now have a 12-13 record. They play next when they travel to Pittsfield for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. Carbondale will play a Saukees team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Liberty (Liberty, IL). The Saukees record now stands at 12-7.
With the loss, Marion drops to 13-13 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL) to play the Rams in a South Seven outing on Thursday, October 9. The Rams come into the outing with a record of 6-13.
