The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Castleford Wolves (Castleford, ID) and the host Richfield Tigers (Richfield, ID), observed Castleford's volleyball team top Richfield by a count of 3-1.
The Wolves (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Camas County (Fairfield, ID). The Mushers enter the 1A Sawtooth contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Camas County was knocked off by Hansen (Hansen, ID), 3-0, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Dietrich Blue Devils (Dietrich, ID) in a 1A Sawtooth challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Richfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Carey (Carey, ID).
